(AP) -- The Montreal Canadiens had their surge ended by a lopsided defeat earlier this week. To get back into the win column, they'll have to end their recent road woes to the Philadelphia Flyers.
The Canadiens will try to earn their first victory in Philadelphia in nearly four years when they begin a road-heavy stretch Thursday night, but they'll face a Flyers team that's seeking its longest home win streak in three seasons.
Montreal (19-10-3) was 9-0-1 in its previous 10 games and had won a season-best five in a row before a 6-0 drubbing to visiting Los Angeles on Tuesday. The Kings outshot the Canadiens 13-3 during a four-goal second period.
