Casimir scores season-high 30 in Iona's 88-75 victory

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. (AP) Schadrac Casimir made five 3-pointers and scored a season-high 30 points and Iona defeated Manhattan 88-75 on Friday night.

The Gaels (17-12, 11-6) snapped a two-game skid and can finish in a tie for third with Niagara in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference with a win at co-league leader Rider on Sunday.

Rickey McGill made all seven of his shots, including three 3-pointers, and scored 17 points with seven assists while Roland Griffin and E.J. Crawford scored 14 points each for Iona.
